Project Brief: The project involves the renovation of two existing buildings, previously part of the Al Khobar Municipality, into a Heart & Lung Institute. One building will be transformed into the main hospital with total built-up area of 10000 sq.m, while the other will become an outpatient department (OPD)with a total built up area 2740 sq. m approx. The two buildings will be connected at the ground floor through a plaza area, referred to as the "Connection Building".
